Wrecking Permits

All demolition work, interior and exterior, requires a permit.

When demolition involves an entire building, several requirements must be met before a permit can be issued.

1. Along with the permit application you must submit letters from the utilities serving that property that they have diconnected their services.
2. A licensed plumber must obtain a permit to cap the water and seal the sewer serving that property.
3. Provide the City of Waukesha with a copy of an Asbestos Abatement Form submitted to the DNR (if required).
