Hours of Operation
Our general service hours are:
Monday - Friday 5:30 am to 9:30 pm
Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
Sunday 9:15 am to 7:30 pm
Please consult the individual route schedule for service times as hours vary by route.
No Service on Major Holidays
Waukesha Metro Transit does not operate any service on the following holiday:
New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Customer Service Hours & Location
All in person customer service activities are handled at the Customer Service Window at the Downtown Transit Center. Customer service is open 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday.
