How can I receive credit for water that does not enter the sanitary sewer?
You may inquire about sewer credit by calling the Pretreatment Coordinator at (262) 524-3628.
Where can I dispose of sanitary waste from my camper or RV?
The City has installed a station at the front of the plant for the discharge of recreational vehicle sanitary wastes. The station is located near the 100 Building just inside the facility (click here for plant map). The 100 Building is the first small building to the south (left) when entering the plant. The discharge hatch is outside the knee wall next to the gated truck ramps. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM and weekends 5:00 AM - 10:30 AM. There is no charge for this service.
Please note that children under the age of 12 and pets are required to stay in the vehicle when using the station.
