Permit for Street Occupancy

In order to obtain a Street Occupancy Permit, the following information will be needed:

A Certificate of Insurance. This certificate must name the City of Waukesha as the Additional Insured. The words "Additional Insured" must be on the certificate.A letter stating the date of the street occupancy, length of time, the address, purpose of the street occupancy and if parking stalls are to be used, how many. A completed Street Occupancy Permit Application. Please Note:A request must be made at least 48 to 72 hours prior to issuing a Street Occupancy permit.
