Residential Builders and/or Re modelers

Any person doing work on a residential building in the City of Waukesha is required to have current Wisconsin Builder's Certification

State certification is required for any type of work performed on, or in, a residential building.

A homeowner who lives in the residence within which they will perform work is not required to be State Certified. A permit is still required to do the work however.
