This website was developed using the City of Waukesha Geographic Information System (GIS) in order to provide city departments, businesses, and the public with property information for use in planning, zoning, engineering, recreation, and other activities. The data available on this site is considered to be correct, but it is recommended that it be verified with recorded documents as necessary. All of the information provided herein is public record and can be obtained in other formats at City Hall, or the Waukesha County Courthouse.

Please note that loading times will vary depending on your connection speed and the amount of data being requested. Also, the site is periodically taken offline for data updates, software & hardware maintenance, etc. All attempts will be made to limit this downtime to off-business hours. (Business hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri.)
