The Administrative Division is the heart of the Department. It helps to support all the divisions collectively for the good of the whole unit. This division has four main responsibilities or services:

1. Oversees & administers the budgets, policies and operations of all departmental divisions.

2. Provide public, intra and inter-departmental support and customer service.

3. Provide department technical services and support in concert with the Informational Technologies Department.

4. Provide public awareness including intra and inter-department marketing, public relations and promotions including special events and training opportunities.
