How to Use Your Gun Lock
Old Style Defective Gun Lock
This lock was given out about three years ago by the Crime Stoppers program. The Waukesha Police Department was given about 500 locks to disperse. It has come to our attention that the locks are defective (if you strike the side of the lock it will open up). If you received a gun lock from this program immediately dispose of the lock and replace it. The lock came in a clear plastic tube with "Project Home Safe" on the label. The lock is black and red with the words " Project Home Safe" imprinted the cable which is attached to the lock is red in color and the loop extends out about 6".
