Permit FeesAll permits in the City of Waukesha require a permit fee to be paid prior to the issuance of the permit. Some permits will incur more than one fee. A complete list of all permit fees can be viewed by clicking on Table 1, Table 2, and Table 3. To determine what the cost of a particular permit will be, click on the appropriate permit listed to the left. The minimum permit fee for any permit is $ 40.00 with the following exceptions: Garden and Tool Sheds. Complete information on those fees can be obtained by clicking on Sheds listed at left.
