Change of Occupancy Permit

To obtain a Change of Occupancy permit you will need:

• A signed, completed permit application
• A letter, on company letterhead, stating what type of business you are engaged in and the percentage of your business as retail and wholesale
• A $ 50.00 permit fee

You will be notified when your permit has been processed and a time will be scheduled for inspection of your new location. You may not operate your business, or occupy the space, until all inspections have been performed and you receive a signed copy the Change of Occupancy Permit showing that everything has been approved for occupancy.
