NewsracksThe Common Council of the City of Waukesha approved an ordinance to monitor the placement of uncontrolled newsracks in public rights-of-way as they present themselves as an inconvenience and danger to the safety and welfare of persons using such rights-of-way. The due date for the annual registration is October 1st of each year. All applications should be submitted by this date. Please note that on the application under address, a location should not be designated. The nearest address should be designated. Applications that are submitted incorrectly will be returned. Fee is as follows:
