Welcome to the Municipal Parking Ramp

Historic Downtown Waukesha District parking information:

• Surface lot parking can be purchased at the Parking Ramp or at the Transit Center during regular business hours.

• Permits are $19.00 per calendar month. They are valid in Lot's:
• #3 - Clock Tower Lot
• #4 - Clinton St.
• #5 - Barstow/Main Sts.
•  #8 - Carroll/Cutler Sts.
• #11- Carroll/Maple Sts.
• #12 - Union St.
• #13 - Madison St.
• The River Lot #1 has only overnight parking in a restricted area.

• The Transit Center also provides a variety of choices for parking either daily or monthly. Click this for more information on parking  for TRANSIT CENTER. 

• The City reserves the right to restrict access to or close any municipal lot due to maintenance, special events, or other circumstances, which warrant restricted use of closure.

• Vehicles must be in such state of physical or mechanical condition as to be capable of propulsion upon streets or highways. Any vehicle allowed to remain on City property for more than 72 hours is deemed abandoned.

• Violators of the above regulations are subject to penalty.
