The Municipal Court is responsible for non-criminal violations that happen in the City of Waukesha. This page has been designed to answer some questions you may have regarding procedures. Tickets received outside of the city or on the expressway will not be handled through this court. Review your ticket to determine the correct court and address where you are supposed to appear. If the citation is traffic ticket, the court name and address should be in the upper left hand corner. Some tickets have it listed in the middle near the bottom of the ticket.
