Our Goal:

To support City employees and residents with responsive customer service, aligning ourselves with goal 3.0 of the City of Waukesha strategic plan of being a customer focused organization. We will provide our customers with the most appropriate technology available within budget and assist them in their ability to communicate effectively. We actively promote, oversee, and coordinate regular use of leading technologies to improve City-wide process and communications.
