ACCOUNT CLERK II - PART-TIME

Parks, Recreation and Forestry
(20 hours per week)

Performs accounting duties to include backup for department payroll, cash register collections, accounts payable, accounts receivables, answering phone calls, filing and helping the public at the counter. Required: High school graduate and post high school training in accounting with two (2) years experience. Must type 40 wpm. Test will be administered.

MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST - ELECTRICAL/HVAC
 

Parks, Recreation and Forestry

Performs various building construction and maintenance duties including electrical, heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing work that does not require a plumbing license or could be done under licensed supervision, janitorial, and carpentry with special emphasis on electrical and HVAC duties as permitted by a Journeyman Electrician License and EPA Section 608 Universal (refrigerant handling) certification.

Required: High school graduation or equivalent with one (1) year of related maintenance experience. Must possess and maintain a minimum of a Journeyman Electrician License. Must obtain and maintain within one (1) year of hire an EPA Section 608 Universal (refrigerant handling) Certification. Must obtain within six (6) months of hire and maintain a Commercial Driver’s License with B and C endorsements. Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with an excellent driving record. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical with drug screen.

Hourly rate - $25.35

POLICE OFFICER/RECRUIT

DROP-OFF CENTER MONITOR - Recycling Site

Part Time

Monitor the drop off center during public hours directing residents to properly navigate through the center and dispose of their materials including recyclables, yard waste, and bulky trash items. Directly interact with residents, other City employees and disposal contractors when they pick up or deliver materials.

Required: High school diploma or HSED with one year experience in customer service or equivalent combination of experience and training.

Hours of work: 8 – 32 hours per month during the winter (Saturdays only)and 16 – 48 per month during the summer (Wednesdays and Saturdays).

Hourly Rate: $10.00
