NEW WI Voter "Click and Mail" Registration
Wisconsin voters may now register to vote through the Voter Public Access (VPA) website. After voters type in their information they must print the application form, sign it, and mail it to their Municipal Clerk.

*Register to vote in the State of Wisconsin
(Also required for a change of residence and/or name change).

Application for Absentee Ballot
*You must be an active registered voter in the State of Wisconsin prior to completing the request for Absentee Ballot
