The permit can be obtained from the Engineering Department at 130 Delafield. Contractors must call for inspections before any placement of concrete or asphalt. Any work not inspected will be rejected and have to be replaced at contractor expense. Contractors doing concrete work will have to be bonded with the City of Waukesha. The forms for bonding can be obtained at the Engineering office or through the contractors insurance company. Once the bond is approved by the Board of Public Works, they are valid for one year. Click Here for typical detail of Standard Residential Drive Approach |
