Conditional UsesOverviewA conditional use refers to certain uses which, depending on the individual circumstances, may or may not be compatible with the surrounding development.The zoning code lists these uses for each "zoning district". Conditional uses may only be allowed after a review by the Plan Commission or Board of Zoning Appeals depending on the request.
