Closing a portion of St. Paul Avenue between Aug. 2 and Oct. 2, 2010.
Due to the proposed detour route minor changes will be made at several City signalized intersections, i.e. parking restrictions, lane designations and signal re-timings. Several intersections along W. St. Paul Ave. will operate 24 hours a day in a 4-way red flash. A temporary traffic signal will be installed at the intersection of Prairie and College during the duration of the closure. It will be pre-timed with some turn arrows. It will flash all-red overnight.
