Acme

In the height of the springs era, a great many springs smaller in size and reputation than Hygeia or Whiterock were built. One of these, Acme, still exists, nestled into the side of a bluff overlooking all of downtown. It was developed by Issac Lain.

According to some old maps, there was once a spring house there, however all that remains today is a little stone structure built into the side of the hill.

The spring can be found near on the steep hill overlooking Bethesda Park. It can be reached through the parking lot for the Mountain Village Apartments.
