HOW TO REGISTER

Please print a copy of these instructions and follow these steps:

1.

 REQUEST AN ACCOUNT
If you DO NOT have a customer account, please read these instructions, then CLICK HERE.
Or register from the Customer Login screen, click on Request Account Now to register.

 
 

Fill out the New Account Request completely, including birthdate. Please submit your request only once, and use your own information when filling out the form, NOT a child you wish to register, but the responsible/payee information. Once you have an account, you will have the opportunity to add family members.

 
 

Please Note: You cannot proceed with the registration process until you receive your Customer ID and Password via email, usually within 1 business day. An accurate email address is required to complete the registration process.

 

2.

LOGIN

 
 

If you have an ACCOUNT, enter your Customer ID and Password. Otherwise, CLICK HERE, to request an account.

 
 

Add Family Members:

 
 

If you wish to enroll family members other than yourself:

 
    o

Click on MY ACCOUNT

 
    o

Then click on CHANGE FAMILY MEMBERS.

 
    o

Fill in the information completely for each member of your family.

 
   

Please Note: Many of our activities have age restrictions, therefore birthdates are required.

 
     
3.

SEARCH FOR AN ACTIVITY

 
    o

You may search for activities by Location or Category (type).

 
    o

You may also sort the list and choose whether you want to see activities that take place in the future or are currently in progress.

 
    o

Activities with information that is greyed-out on the screen are not currently available for registration. (Please see link to our Activity Guide on our home page.) Please feel free to utilize another friendly way to register either by mail, drop-off box, fax or walk-in. See guide for apropriate registration dates.

 
    o

Click on the activity name to see more details about the activity.

 

4.

CHOOSE AN ACTIVITY FOR ENROLLMENT

 
    o

In the ACTIVITY DETAIL screen, click on ADD TO MY CART in the blue banner under the activity description or at the bottom of the page.

 
    o

Additional Activities: After you have logged on you may continue searching and adding activities to your Shopping Cart.

 
 

Update Shopping Cart:

 
 

If more than one family member will be attending the activity, change the quantity, then click on UPDATE CART, then CHECKOUT.

 
 

Choose Enrollees:

 
 

This page allows users to choose the family member/s that will be registering for each activity. Choose family members for each activity, then select CONTINUE.

 
 

Please Note: If you have not added your family members before reaching the Enrollee Information Page, they will not appear under the Enrollee heading. You can click on MY ACCOUNT from here and add your family member(s). Once all family members have been added, then select SHOPPING CART, from there you may continue to Checkout.

 

 
5.

CHECKOUT

 
 

Review your Shopping Cart. From this screen you can remove activities from your cart, view more activities, or update your cart. If everything is correct, click on CHECKOUT to proceed.

 
 

Confirm Prices:

 
 

On the Confirm Prices page look over your transaction to confirm the price(s), time(s) and date(s) of each activity/class. Click CONTINUE to proceed.

 
 

Payment:

 
 

Enter your credit card information on the Payment Information page. Please Note: The name and address MUST match those that are on file with your credit card company. If the address shown is not your billing address, click on MY ACCOUNT and change your address to match your billing address. Click CONTINUE.

 
 

Receipt:

 
 

Print out a copy of your receipt.

 
 

Credit/Refund Policy:

 
 

o

A program that does not meet its minimum registration requirements will be canceled within two (2) working days prior to its beginning. You will be notified accordingly by phone. Any fees paid will automatically be credited to the payee's account.

 
 
o

A credit will be given unconditionally when requested in writing within five (5) business days of program completion.

 
 
o
 

If a refund is desired, please notify the office on your written request. You will receive a refund for the full program fee minus a $10 service charge. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for the refund check to be processed.

 
 

o

Refunds under $10 will automatically be credited to participants account and may be used towards future registrations.

 
 

o

The credit will be available for use up to two (2) years of date of issue as permitted by law.

 
 

o

For Adult Sports credit/refund policy, please refer to Policies of Adult Sports 3.08.

 
 

o

Pool passes and daily fees are not refundable.

 

6.

CUSTOMER FRIENDLY

 

If you register for other classes using another registration method, you can check on your refistration progress by clicking onto MY ACCOUNT and looking at ACCOUNT DETAIL. A listing of your refistration and payment history should appear here.
