We are experiencing login issues with those of you who are registering for winter/spring activities and have existing online accounts. We are currently working with the vendor on a remedy to fix this issue. However, in the meantime, please feel free to either register as a new account or call the office for assistance (262-524-3737). Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Registration Changes are coming!
After using the same software for over 12 years, the department is updating and modernizing. This should help to provide better online services and more streamlined services to our valued customers. The software will be implemented in two separate phases. Please see the details below:
Who: Primarily affecting ONLINE customers!
When: December 2013 (this Activity Guide) – April 1, 2014
What: Online Customer Accounts
1. Please continue to use your customer log-in. However, the first time you log-in you will need to change your password. Please do this by clicking on the link: "I forget my password" and wait for the temporary password to be emailed to you. Log-in using that password and then change the password to one that you will remember.
2. You will temporarily not be able to apply any credits on your account to any online registrations yourself.
Remedy: Please feel free to call our office and we will sign you up over the phone and apply that credit during this period ONLY!
Who: All customers (Online, Existing, New, etc.)
When: Starting April 1, 2014 (in conjunction with the Summer Activity Guide)
What: All customers will need to sign-up as a "new" customer. In order to expedite processing any registrations, you can fill out the form below (also available on our website under "forms") and we will be happy to set up your account ahead of time. This should help expedite registering for any summer activities.
