We are experiencing login issues with those of you who are registering for winter/spring activities and have existing online accounts. The data that was converted to the new system does not work properly. Please register as a new account and wait approximatley 15 minutes for the system to cycle. Then log-in. Registration Changes are coming!
After using the same software for over 12 years, the department is updating and modernizing. This should help to provide better online services and more streamlined services to our valued customers. The software will be implemented in two separate phases. Please see the details below:
Who: Primarily affecting ONLINE customers!
When: December 2013 (this Activity Guide) – April 1, 2014
What: Online Customer Accounts
1. You will need to apply for a new account. Please wait for 15 minutes so that the program can complete the cycle before you attempt to log-in.
2. You will temporarily not be able to apply any credits on your account to any online registrations yourself.
Credit on Account Remedy: Please feel free to call our office and we will sign you up over the phone and apply that credit during this period ONLY!
Who: All customers (Online, Existing, New, etc.)
When: Starting April 1, 2014 (in conjunction with the Summer Activity Guide)
What: All customers will need to sign-up as a "new" customer. In order to expedite processing any registrations, you can fill out the form below (also available on our website under "forms") and we will be happy to set up your account ahead of time. This should help expedite registering for any summer activities.
